Healthy Mung Patties with Soya Granules

Mung Patties in Marathi

Yield: 8 medium patties
time: 40 minutes when all ingredients are ready.

moong patties, healthy patties, ragda pattis, Soya granules,Ingredients:
1/2 cup Mung
1/2 cup Soya Granules
1 Potato, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
2 Green Chili, finely chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 to 1 tsp Chat masala
Salt to taste
Oil (Olive Oil)

Method:
1) Soak Mung for 10 hours. Pick soaked Mung beans. sprout. Pressure cook upto 2 whistles.
2) Add soya granules into boiling water and cook for for 5 minutes. squeeze out all the water.
3) Take a bowl Add cooked Mung sprouts, Soya granules, Bread crumbs, potato, garlic powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, chat masala, green chilies and salt to taste. Mash all together and make medium sized patties.
4) heat tawa. brush little oil on both sides of each patties. Roast over medium heat till nice golden brown.
Make burgers at home by using this patties

For future use put them into zipper freezer bag and keep this bag into deep freezer.

Note:
1) If you don't have Garlic Powder, saute 1/2 tsp Garlic paste into 1/2 tsp Oil and use in the patties.
